How do fees work on Ciska?
Joining and starting a shop on Ciska is free on starter plan. There are four vendor options: Starter, Pro, Pro-Max and Pro Unlimited.
It costs zero naira to publish a listing to the marketplace. A listing lasts for four months or until the item is sold. Once an item sells, there is a commission fee starting from 2% on the sale price (not including shipping costs). We accept payments with credit and debit cards, buyer bears the payment fee.
What do I need to do to create a shop?
t’s easy to set up a shop on Ciska. Create a Ciska account (if you don’t already have one), choose a shop name, create a listing, set a payment method (our bank account details), and once approved by the admin, you are good to go.
How do I get paid?
Funds from sales on Ciska will be deposited directly into your bank account. We encourage sellers to urge buyers complete order process by marking order received to avoid delays in payment.
Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?
No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. To be verified as a seller you have the choice to use either a Government Issued ID, Business registration documents and or Social media accounts for verification.
